Merger Information
Welcome Exchange State Bank Customers
Thumb Bank & Trust and Exchange State Bank are excited to be joining forces to provide customers with an exceptional community banking experience.
Exchange State Bank is officially part of Thumb Bank & Trust with the recent closing of the merger on December 31, 2022.
Thumb Bank & Trust is a community bank that is locally owned, locally involved and locally invested in the communities we serve. We are excited to welcome Exchange State Bank employees, customers, shareholders, and communities to Thumb Bank & Trust.
While the merger has closed the conversion date will not happen until May 2023. At this time Exchange State Bank customers should continue to do their banking as usual.
You won't see many changes until the system conversion occurs. While there will be some changes, such as the name on the sign, customer service and community commitment will remain of the highest importance to the bank.
We will keep you up to date as the conversion date gets closer, so you'll know what to expect. If you have any questions along the way, please reach out to your local branch. We are here to serve you and look forward to building a relationship for generations to come!
