Mortgage Loan Administration Assistant

Performs a variety of duties in support of the Loan Department. Interacts with Loan Officers, other internal department personnel, and third-party providers to complete a variety of tasks associated with the origination of loans and the servicing of existing loans. Assists officers in performing secretarial services; assures tasks are completed accurately, timely and professionally to ensure prompt and professional service to internal and external customers. Assembles files and verifies all proper documentation in preparation for processing and closing routine mortgage loans. May order credit reports and title work, establish files, and answer routine questions. Prepare checks for distribution of loan proceeds. Adheres to all policies and procedures.
