Welcome Lynne Neumeyer!

Vice President, Treasury Management Services

Neumeyer will work with the Bank’s public fund and government banking activities, local schools and support business customers with their banking service needs.

Neumeyer brings 41 years of banking, Treasury Management, Public Funds and Merchant Service experience to Thumb Bank & Trust. She has earned the certifications of Advanced Certified Public Fund Investment Manager (ACPFIM) and Certified Public Fund Investment Manager (CPFIM).

Neumeyer is involved locally and statewide with the Bay Area and Saginaw Chamber of Commerce, Bay Area and Saginaw Area Local Treasurers Association and the Michigan Association of County Treasurers to name a few. She resides in Bay City.
