Vice President, Commercial Lender Thumb Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that John Hunter, Jr. has joined the bank as Vice President, Commercial Lender. John has over 25 years of financial service experience working for financial institutions in Commercial Lending. John is a graduate of Spring Arbor University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration. John has been actively involved in the community, previously serving on the board of the Great Lakes Bay Economic Club as Treasurer. He was also a longtime member of the Downtown Flint Optimist Club and has served on the Finance Commitiee for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Flint. In addition to his professional and community involvement, John has coached both the boys’ and girls’ varsity soccer teams at Lake Fenton High School for the past six years.
